We guarantee that our products are free of defects in the materials and workmanship. If you find a product from No Fuss Kitchens that contains a defect (or defects) in its workmanship or materials, then No Fuss Kitchens will promptly repair or replace the defective piece, free of charge.
Our guarantee cannot cover faults that occur due to general wear and tear, negligence to the product, finished surfaces being exposed to excessive moisture or heat, surface cracks, imperfections, colour variations, etc. that are common with natural products such as timber.
